Will I be able to stay in my home whilst my loft is being converted?
Yes. First and foremost, we remember that we are working in your home and aim to keep disruption to a minimum.
How long does a loft conversion take?
Approximately four to eight weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
Are all garages suitable for conversion?
Garages attached to a property provide the greatest flexibility, but most garages can be converted subject to inspection and the relevant approvals.
Are you insured to work at my property?
New Citi Construction and our employees have public liability insurance covering the work undertaken.
Can I view past loft conversions?
Yes. We can arrange for you to view suitable examples of past work at a location close to you, subject to availability and client permission.
